    Questioning and promoting conscious potentials. Bring undiscovered potentials to light and develop them further.

    Strengthen strengths! … to grow

    With a clear inside view and the recognition of one’s own qualities, whether personal or organizational, one sets the foundation for strengthening strengths and exploring growth potential or initiating growth processes. The point of view is not focused on strengths and weaknesses, but on qualities.

    Potential profiling is thematic and can be composed of various profiling components and profiling tools to break new ground and create new structures for growth.

    Individually and as a group picture in the organizational context, e.g. the topics personality, communication and conflict behavior, creativity but also behavior in stressful situations and stress in profiles and neuro-profiles can be displayed.

    In the counselling process, these individual or organizational patterns assist in initiating change processes for the development of growth goals.
