New Generation Leadership
New generations need new leadership styles and new leadership qualities. Can one even speak of leadership here?
How does the generation whY tick? How do we prepare for the generation Zed? What requirements and demands on the world of work and leadership do these generations have? How can you bind these generations and unfold their potential?
Do current structures, hierarchy and reporting systems, power claims and titles still have relevance in the leadership of new generations?
Their own patterns of experience and education are often automatically adopted into their own leadership style without self-reflection and integrated with automatism.
In this sense, leadership would be the introduction to the freedom of man; to a freedom that not only wants one’s own happiness but also the happiness of the other. But who does not accompany but educates, hinders and takes freedom. To accompany a person instead of to educate him is to give him the freedom, the freedom, which belongs to every human being, so that he can become what he is and not what he should be.
