    What is a conflict?

    Conflicts can take place both inside and outside. In mass, in groups or individually, conflicts express themselves over all sensory levels in different stages.

    A conflict is a process of change.

    A change process in which I support you as a business coach with my experience, providing you with different tools for prevention, de-escalation, communication or other procedures. This with the aim that you can use these tools yourself and independently.

    In a positive sense and in a metaphor, conflict creates friction. Friction generates heat. Heat generates proximity. Proximity creates communication and thus also the possibility to change communication behavior, to develop experiences and to grow with them.

    Conflict Mediation

    Our coach and consultant pool contains trained and licensed mediators. Mediators are all-party process-holders of the mediation process and help to reach common agreements that meet the interests and needs of all conflict parties. We also offer juridical mediations at court cases.
