Conflicts can take place both inside and outside. In mass, in groups or individually, conflicts express themselves over all sensory levels in different stages.
A conflict is a process of change.
A change process in which I support you as a business coach with my experience, providing you with different tools for prevention, de-escalation, communication or other procedures. This with the aim that you can use these tools yourself and independently.
In a positive sense and in a metaphor, conflict creates friction. Friction generates heat. Heat generates proximity. Proximity creates communication and thus also the possibility to change communication behavior, to develop experiences and to grow with them.
